What happens if a few months before our wedding we decide we need more help?

Why should I use your preferred vendors, what's so special ABOUT THEM?

The best way I have found to explain this is that you need to consider us as your wedding day insurance. You’ve spent so much time and money on your big day that it would be disappointing for something(s) to go wrong and it not be fixed because you didn’t spend the extra money to have someone there to watch out for and protect your day. 

While there are some exceptions, a venue coordinator typically watches out for the venue’s responsibilities, such as setup, wait staff, and catering. We, as a personal coordinator, take care of your vendors, create and follow your timeline for the day, watch out for your personal style and vision, and handle any last minute issues that arise in regards to style, vendors, or changes.

This means that your venue HIGHLY recommends us and feels that we are good at what we do! We have created a relationship with the venue and have worked many weddings there. We know the place like the back of our hand so it makes it easier for the venue and vendors. We also know all the rules and where everything is located.

In order for a vendor to be on our preferred vendor list they have worked with us at least 3 times and have showed that they can preform their job at the level we have come to expect from top vendors. Another great thing is that most of our vendors will give our brides AMAZING discounts so be sure to let them know you booked through us!

We offer 10% off to any active or retired military couples! We are a military family ourselves and understand your many sacrifices. This is our way of thanking you for your service!

My signifiant other is in the military what happens if THEIR orders change unexpectedly?

We do offer a payment plan option especially for those who have been affected by COVID-19! We understand money is tight and we want to help as much as possible during this crazy time! 

Man, this question hits home! We absolutely had this question ourselves and were scared that we would lose so much money if he had to deploy last minute! Because we know how you feel, we want to make sure that it's one less thing you have to worry about. We offer a FREE date change as long as we are available for the rescheduled day!

Man, all of this is nuts! It has been heartbreaking to watch my couples having to postpone their wedding. Because of this we are allowing 2 free rescheduling as long as we are free that date. We also created a super discounted COVID-19 rescheduling package where we help you inform all your vendors and guests! Be sure to ask us about it!

They sure do! For every guest count over 150 we require an additional assistant. This is because more people attending means there are more people we need to set-up for, keep an eye on, etc. Have you ever tried to get 200 people from point A to point B? It's like herding cats. Now add alcohol to the mix.. feel me? lol ;)

We are here to help! We are always more than happy to upgrade your package if you are feeling overwhelmed! The best time to do this is during our 5 month or 3 month check in phone call!

Inquire with us anyways and let us know! We would love to create a custom package! (If you're lucky we will even name it after you) Lol ;) We want to help you make your day amazing without you paying for things you don't need!  

We do require a down payment of 50% if you don't choose our payment plan option! The final payment is due the month prior at our month out meeting! This is to cover most of the work we do before your wedding day!

You offer a lot of different services and i'm worried about my budget. How can you help?

We are always willing to work with your budget! We would be more than happy to create a custom package that includes everything that you need! Don't worry we got your back!
